WANT TO TRY A SAMPLE AT HOME?
We can bring that “boutique” experience to the comfort of your own home, without the pressure of stores pushy sales tactics.
We don’t have a boutique store, or sell to other boutiques, so we are offering a try at home service for our collection.
We currently have our whole collection available in a UK size 8, these are our design room samples which are available for you to order and try at home, we are hoping to expand the sizes for try at home samples in the future.
The full amount is charged for the sample/s, we don’t have a monetary system to hold deposits for samples.
To order the sample in the style you require,
Go to the style you wish to try,
On the drop down menu
-SIZE select size 8
-FABRIC choose the cheapest option!
Then add to your cart.
Go to checkout and add to the notes “samples”
A maximum of 3 samples per sample order, due to shipping insurances.
There is a £25 admin fee per order, this will deducted from your final refund, plus Stripe or Paypal payment processing fees (approx 3.5% of the order value)
Original shipping costs are non refundable.
We ask that the sample is mailed back within 7 working days of your receiving. Return postage is not provided, so we suggest using an insured and tracked service. The sample will be refunded upon its safe return. Samples kept beyond 7 working days will be charged an overdue fee of £25 per day.
If you decide to go ahead with an order the £25 admin fee and any additional overdue day fees will be refunded. ( Stripe payment processing fees are non refundable) Samples must be returned back to us, they are not to be kept.
At the moment samples are only available for U.K customers.
