Whilst we do accept returns on our standard sizes, we ask kindly that you consider your purchase carefully. We are a slow fashion manufacturer, meaning we make to order, we do not hold stock garments. Please do not buy multiple items with the sole intention of returning.

Returns are accepted on standard sizes 6-20 only, a 50% restocking fee will apply. Custom sizes are non refundable.

If you wish to return a standard size, please contact info@bibiluxestudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns postage is not prepaid, we suggest using a tracked and insured service, no refunds are given until the garment is received back at Bibiluxe Studio.

Please take extra care when trying on your purchase, all items must be returned new and unused, with all tags and security ribbons still attached. Returns that arrive back damaged or soiled will be sent back to the customer and a refund refused. Please reuse the original packaging where possible.

Please ensure the customs declaration form, from your chosen shipping carrier is marked as “RETURNED GOODS” in the contents box. Failure to do this will incur customs fees upon its return to U.K any fees charged to Bibiluxe Studio will be deducted from your final refund.

REFUNDS (if applicable )

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you we have received your item. We will also notify you if your refund request has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved. then your refund will be processed, and 50% credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Please contact us if you require your order quicker, we can sometimes accommodate rush orders for an additional fee.
